How do I book and do I need a GP referral?
Yes, a GP referral is required. Register online (takes about 2 minutes) or ring us on (01) 293 7177. Your GP can send the referral via our GP portal, fax to (01) 293 7178, or post.

Is treatment covered by insurance?
Many of our services are covered by VHI, Laya Healthcare, Irish Life Health, Glo Health, POMAS (Prison Officers Medical Aid Society), and St. Paul's Garda Medical Aid Society. Check with your provider before your appointment. Our team can help with insurance queries.
What should I bring and how long is the appointment?
Bring your GP referral letter, current medications list, any scans or test results, and insurance details. A first consultation is typically 30 to 45 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
