What is performance pain?

Performance pain is pain that affects your ability to perform, whether in sport, at work, or in daily activities. It includes athletic pain, work-related pain, repetitive strain, and pain that limits function. We help identify the cause and put together a treatment plan.

Can you help with RSI?

Yes. We treat repetitive strain injury and other work-related pain. Our specialists assess the cause and offer targeted treatments, medication review, and rehabilitation to restore function.

Will I need surgery?

Many people with performance pain respond well to non-surgical treatments such as injections, medication, and rehabilitation. We focus on these first and only discuss surgery if other options have not worked.

Is performance pain treatment covered by insurance?

We accept all the major insurers. We recommend checking with your insurer to confirm what is covered under your specific policy.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first visit lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. The specialist will go through your medical history, carry out an examination, and discuss your symptoms with you. From there, we create a tailored pain management plan designed around what will work best for you.
